I always have enjoyed composing instrumentally and acoustically. While I do have fun making techno and the like, nothing is more satisfactory than hearing music with that human quality, where the tiny flaws only build character toward a greater sound...*cough* O_O
Well this is the case for The Arab Painting. I was trying to create an ethnic feel, and for the most part I'm pretty satisfied with my work! *grin*
The truth is, I was merely fooling around with a new sound program I recently got (it's called Reason, and if you're at all into the music-creating scene, I suggest you take a look now!). I was fooling around with importing sounds, and I tested it out with Relm's Theme from Final Fantasy 6.
A couple hours later, this popped out, I even got a little carried away and added Strago's theme as well. Enough talk, take a listen!
